This policy explains how Daily Commodity Wire collects and uses your information.

What we collect

Your name, email address, the markets you pick, whether you asked to join the Text Alerts early list, and when you agreed to receive reports. If you choose text alerts, your phone number. We also count page visits to see how the site is doing; that count doesn't identify you.

How we use it

Only to send you the reports and alerts you signed up for, to tell early-list members when Text Alerts launches, and to run and improve the service. We never sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else handles it

Your details are stored with our database host and passed to our email and text delivery providers only so your reports can be delivered. Payment details, once paid plans exist, will be handled by the payment processor, not stored by us.

Text messages

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers and text opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your number is used only to send the Daily Commodity Wire texts you signed up for.

Unsubscribing and deletion

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Text subscribers can reply STOP. To have your information deleted entirely, reply to any report email and ask.
